REPAIR, REPLACEMENT & REFUND POLICY
I really do hope that this information is not needed……… but………things can go wrong!
As a consumer you have basic rights under Australian Consumer Law.
If there is a problem with any of my items, depending on the problem, you may be entitled to:
A REPAIR or
A REPLACEMENT or
A REFUND

Including a photo of the problem in your email would be very useful as a starting point for me to understand what has happened.
Please read the information below to see if your complaint falls into any of these scenarios……..
Consumer guarantees do NOT apply if you: (as per Australian Consumer Law website)
got what you asked for but simply changed your mind, found it cheaper somewhere else, decided you did not like the purchase or had no use for it
misused a product in any way that caused the problem
knew of or were made aware of the faults before you bought the product
asked for a service to be done in a certain way against the advice of the business or were unclear about what you wanted.
In many instances I am using supplies that I have collected over time and specific fabrics, hardware and embellishments may not be available any longer. An exact replacement may not be possible but we can discuss the best solution for you.
I value my customers and hope that any issues can be sorted out quickly and easily.
